Management
Minefi was founded by Michal Němec, a private consultant with more than 15 years of experience in banking and wealth management. He realized that the financial advisory field was still too complex. Some of the services that are usually taken for granted in the industry are not provided at the level they should be. He created Minefi to address this problem.

2007
Our first meeting with the banking sector started in Raiffeisenbank. Servicing clients mainly in the field of investments, financial planning, but also in the management of personal finances deepened our interest in these services. This enabled us to become part of a new service for premium clients at Česká spořitelna in 2011.
2016
This year was a turning point, as we stepped out of the comfort zone of our employees and established cooperation with the consulting company Fincentrum, a.s. The range of product solutions we could offer our clients was significantly expanded, but even this was not quite to the liking of the former bankers and so a plan was born to combine the best of both worlds.
2011
Being at the birth of Erste Premier at Česká spořitelna and helping with its development was a very valuable experience. Some of the colleagues with whom Minefi is now working took the first steps towards creating something that raises the level of financial advice to the right service.
2020
Establishment of Minefi. Creation of a unique group of specialists focusing on individual sectors of the financial sector. A unique service that combines the level of private banking with independence and an unlimited range of financial advisory products.
