Minefi was founded by Michal Němec based on his experience in the banking sector and working with high-net-worth clients.
He gradually realized that most financial advisory services focus on individual products but lack a broader context and a clear strategy.
Minefi was therefore created as a combination of the best of private banking and an independent approach.

History
2011
Being at the birth of Erste Premier at Česká spořitelna and helping with its development was a very valuable experience. Some of the colleagues with whom Minefi is now working took the first steps towards creating something that raises the level of financial advice to the right service.
2007
Our team is made up of experts who cover all key finance topics. 2016
This year was a turning point, as we stepped out of the comfort zone of our employees and established cooperation with the consulting company Fincentrum, a.s. The range of product solutions we could offer our clients was significantly expanded, but even this was not quite to the liking of the former bankers and so a plan was born to combine the best of both worlds.
2020
Establishment of Minefi. Creation of a unique group of specialists focusing on individual sectors of the financial sector. A unique service that combines the level of private banking with independence and an unlimited range of financial advisory products.
2023
Acceptance of Minefi as a member of the International Association of Independent Financial Advisors - FEIFA. The association is a strong voice for the adviser community across Europe and beyond, representing the sector to financial institutions, governments and regulators. This membership provides clients with a confirmed status of independent and fully transparent advice.
